RETURN POLICY

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns. We accept exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of your order being delivered. We really want you to love our underwear. Need a new size? Let us know and we’ll make it right. 

If you have received an incorrect item or need to exchange please contact our customer care team at sales@thelacyattic.com. We will be in touch within 48 hours. 

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item you received (style/colour/size)
  • The item you ordered (style/colour/size)
  • The details of exchange request
